Lately I have become obsessed with the green, so I started looking for the most interesting recipes that color. The symbolism of the green is peculiar, since for many people means life, hope and, in general, positive things. So if we had the culinary field we could assimilate green recipes recipes healthy and beneficial for our body and spirit.

Today I propose a review of a personal selection of the seven green recipes to see life in a different color. You will realize that there are many options for both dish and drinks, soups, creams and even green desserts. All monochromatic range to end the month positively.

Cold cream of green apple, avocado and lime mint

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe (but firm) avocados, 1 green apple (Granny Smith type), 1 lime, 250 g Greek yogurt, mint leaves 25, 500 ml of water, salt and pepper.

Elaboration

Peel and remove the bone avocados we put into the bowl of the electric mixer. Peel apple, heart and we remove seeds and then cut into small pieces and add to avocado.We grate half the file to pour into the blender along with the juice of it. finally add the mint leaves previously washed and liquefy.

Hake in green sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 beautiful slices of hake, 1 small onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup white wine 1 cup fish broth, a tablespoon of flour, olive oil, salt, parsley, a handful of clams (optional)

Elaboration

Chop the onion and fry garlic in a satin with flour for a couple of minutes. Pour white wine, broth and a handful of chopped parsley. Season it Hake slices and add to the sauce previously prepared. We do the same with the clams and leave everything about five minutes.

Lasagna green chicken curry

Ingredients

  • For the chicken curry: 3 chicken breasts chopped, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 1 green pepper, 1 zucchini, 4 tablespoons tomato sauce, curry powder to taste, 1 can of coconut milk and 20 raisins
  • To make the lasagna: 6 plates green spinach lasagna, 6 tablespoons of bechamel and grated Parmesan cheese

Elaboration

We started putting saute the vegetables for a few minutes then you give pieces of chicken breast and curry powders. Immediately add the tomato sauce. raisins and coconut milk. To assemble the lasagna put a plate of raw lasagna in a refractory greased with butter and COATING part of the chicken curry. We repeat the operation as necessary.

Cakes fried green beans

Ingredients

  • 500g green beans, 150g white flour, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp (tablespoon) dried parsley, 1/2 liter of vegetable oil, salt and ground black pepper.

Elaboration

Boil the water with salt in which we place the green beans for about 25 minutes or until soft. The we drain and reserve. In a bowl mix eggs now with flour and dried parsley.Season them well with salt and black pepper to taste and finally add the green beans whole. We return to mix all ingredients well to make a light well homogeneous mass.

Potatoes in green sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 g of potatoes, 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1 hot pepper, 1 dash of white wine, 3 sprigs parsley, 1 handful of peas, fish broth to cover crumbs fish, olive oil extra virgin salt.

Elaboration

Ingredients

Green smoothie for breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 leaf of cabbage kale, baby spinach A bundle, 1/2 banana, 1/2 apple, 1 sprig of celery, 1 teaspoon flaxseed, 1 cup water.

Elaboration

We put all ingredients in an electric mixer and beat on high until they are perfectly integrated. If we want a less thick milkshake we can add a little water until the desired consistency.
